MDM repository is not loaded on MDM Data Manager

Hi Experts,

We haven't changed anything related to MDM data.

Yesterday we installed MDM console, data manger and import manager software on my desktop. We installed MDM software with same version and pack.

We are able to mount MDM server and able to connect to repository from console. However, when we try to connect to repository it is saying 'The repository is not loaded'.

Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

Hi All,

Issue has been resolved.

We didn't upgrade MDM console, manager and import manager in same versions. That is why we got error while loading the MDM repository.

Now we have upgraded all components on same versions and able to load the MDM repository.
