BO 4.2 Web Intelligence Processing Services Health red square

Hi

I need to know why Web Intelligence Processing Server health showing Red Square itself. But after re-start Web Intelligence processing service, then it become green. While health indicate red square, the Webi reports are still running fine without having issue. Is there anything else needs to customize the default watchlist setting? Please advise.

why not click on the red and see which values are in danger ?

You need to tune your values set at Caution & Danger rule of your watch.
