run control consolidation monitor

Hi Bpc Friend

I am not familiar with the controls and I would like to understand the set up.

If I run the control for June 2017 from the control monitor I get a successfully message, If I run for a May 2016 I get an error message saying that there isn't any control set.

Where is set the month June 2017?

If I go to edit assignment I have two blank windows

Hi Michele,

the controls are set up in the admin interface in the rules section. You create controls, combine these into control sets and then assign these to time/category combinations.

Under the assignment view you should see something similar to this

In my example the set MIFRI is assigned to 2018.12, 2019.12 and 2020.12 but not 2015.01.

In your case you should select June 2017 and May 2016 as the periods. Then you should be able to see the assignment for June and none for May.
