DMS: Redlining layer not found while checking in a edited document

Dear All,

we have a problem in redlining layer which is not found while checking in a edited document.Actually when ever a redlining layer is made ideally it should be saved in c:\documents and settings\user.profiles\sapworkdir, but in our case it is stored in c:\documents and settings & when ever a second layer is made it overwrites the first layer & the first layer is never found, well we found a note for this no: 663202 which has exactly the same symptoms but it is upto 4.7c & we are on ECC6 ERP2005 so that note is not applicable here, but the problem persists.

Secondly when ever we create a new layer & if we try to delete it before saving it gives an error at the bottom of the screen with no text written in it & so the layer cannot be deleted. we also found a note for no: 605116 it also for lower version of R/3, not supportive for ECC6.

So if any one has encountered same problem & got any solutions please let me know.
