Hello, i'm an abapper and i've been working in ERP (R/3) projects in the past, now i'm getting involved in a CRM one.

I'd like to have a comprehensive list of CRM tables and a list of basic concepts in the CRM world (i.e. Business Partner, Campaign, and such) with brief explanation of each.

Already found this link for tables: http://www.sap-img.com/general/find-the-table-names-for-a-crm-transaction.htm

But i'd like to have a more complete list.

Also, how is developing in CRM different from doing it in R/3?

Note: i've searched for simmilar threads and found some links to downloadable documentation, but couldn't get it since it is inside OSS.

Many thanks, I'll reward points for useful answers.

Regards

Some quotes from

both

your posts:

Note:
1. It doesn’t store the Business Partner
responsible for the transaction. To
get the Partner No, link it with
CRM_ORDER_INDEX.
2. This table can be used for search
based on the Object Id(Business
Transaction No).

Similar to BUT050 , additionally contains Contact Person’s Address data

I may add, this text is also in the link I initially said I already had found.

Please, try to post something helpful. A graphic with the relations between the main tables (as exists for R/3 on the net) would certainly be helpful.
