Hi experts,

While extracting the Form16 report, under section 80c, the LIC amount projection showing as 11 months, instead of 12 months. The LIC amount having the separate wage type grouped in Infotype 57. Currently we finished payroll process upto July 2007.

The LIC amount deducted was Rs. 1744 per month from April 07 to July 07. The projection amount in Form16 is showing as Rs.19184(174411) instead of Rs.20928(174412). But the same logic applied in PF amount projection is correct.

Have U changed the Processing class 4 for the LIC wagetype.

Try that and revert back. <b>This is the only solution</b> for Ur prb.I have faced the same prb and resolved from Processing class only.

I have not changed the processing class. I don't know the number of the processing class out of 77 nos.

Go to SM30.

Put V_512W_D as view name.

Click Change.

Then inside the view double click on the wagetype for LIC

Then in the Procesing class screen change the value of Processing class 4.

Hi,

Currently in the Processing class no. 4 (Summarize WT acc. to TX and SI periods) having the value of 6. There is some other values 0,1,2,3 & 8. You are suggesting me to change the value of 6 to 0,1,2,3 & 8. Correct?

Can U read the payroll log.

If U can then I can ask U some qtns and after answering those qtns I will be able to give u a solution.

If U can read the log then please tell me what is the content in S88 Internal table in Funtion INTPD.

Can you please check for how many months LIC Wagetype has been deducted. Also please check the masterdata. How long has he been active, etc

Change the Processing class 4 value for the LIC wagetype in View V_512W_D.

I dont remmember the exact number for Processing 4.

Give all the values and test it.

It Will surely be done.
