Hi we have just gone live with ICH. When we try to move materials or vendors using CFM2 we run across a problem that we did not have on the initial go live weekend. On that weekend we had no errors with this transaction. But since then, we get an error that when we run the transaction that says there is a problem connecting with the ICH server and then it pulls a random user id out of no where. Has anyone else experienced this problem? We do not have this issue in our QA environment, only in Prod. I believe that if we can figure out why the user id is wrong everything else should work ok.
Thanks
Mike
Hi,
I faced similar problem when i changed the password of the RFC connection user. I deleted existed and reconfigured RFC connection to SCM.
Please check, this may be one of the reason

Can you try to execute CFM3 in background and check for the error log? Also check SLG1 for the CIF logs on both APO and R/3 side for additional information. Sometimes CFM2 does not give the exact reason for the problem.
