Hi,

1. How we know the status of the sales orders in VBAK and VBUK tables in SE16. What is the field tht tells the status of the sales documents?

In vbuk table see the field "GBSTK" for overall status

You may use the following tables:

VBUK - Sales Document: Header Status and Administrative Data

VBUP - Sales Document: Item Status

Use SE11 and display the above tables to see the list of fields in these tables.

Use SE16 to get the transactional data.

BESTK :Confirmation status

LFSTK:Delivery status

LFGSK:Overall delivery status for all items

WBSTK :Total goods movement status

FKSTK:Billing status

BUCHK:Posting Status of Billing Document

GBSTK :Overall processing status of document

Hello Keyur,

To know the status of header level use VBUK and for item level use VBUP.

There in you go in Settings-->Fields for selection and there you can find the delivery status LFSTK(VBUK) and LFSTA (VBUP).

Billing Status FKSTK, FKSTA.

Rejection Status ABSTK, ABSTA.

Check them and execute.

U can get the status of sales document in table-VBUK through se16

U can have the status of Delivery status, billing status, etc...

Use tables VBUK and VBUP to show header and item statuses.
