Rollup query?

After creating aggregates why is it necessary to provide roll-up?

rollup is required to fill the aggregate tables with cube data...

each time data is loaded to cube, aggregates should be rolled up as well.

Hi,

Inorder to increase the performance of query, we are building up the aggregate .

Once aggregate is created then you have to rollup , so that data will be filled in the aggregate ..
