Hi There
I have created a RETURN order in CRM4.0 . But i am getting the following error
<i>"An error has occured in the system ECC5.0 while copying the document"</i>
Kindly suggest urgently.

Hi,
Can you check in ECC system what type of sales Document you are using for the Return orders and those configurations, Item categery REN Settings in the both the systems.
