In SAP Cloud for Customer - add account team members

We have migrated multiple accounts to our cloud for customer system. One of the sales representatives has attempted to add his name as the employee responsible for an account but gets no results when searching for any employee name. Other employees do not have the issue. They all have the same access roles with the same restrictions. The only difference is they belong to different sales organizations. (On the account the correct sales orgs are listed for the employees) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Cassandra

    Check the employee is assigned to the actual sales org of the customer AND is also assigned to the Organisational structure. Hopefully this fixes the issue.
