To create PO w/o reference to another doc.

Dear Experts,

I m getting an error message during PO creation as "You have no authorization to create without reference to another document

Message no. MEPO063

"

Plz let me know the required customization settings for the same.actually i want to know fron which setting it appears.

Hi,

The reference documents like PR/RFQ might have been made mandatory against your user master record for which the message is appearing. Check the use parameters in <b>User Profile- Own Data- Parameters</b> .Here chek if there is parametr EFB or not . If so you need to refer PR/RFQ to create PO .

Thanks a ton for ur prompt reply..i checked it & found that there is an parameter EFB with value 01.

plz let me know is there any possibility to make sttings which allow only particular purchase org to make PO w/o ref.while for others the same settings persist.

also plz focus some details on these parameter id's & its values significance .
