How to change or create messages SWU_NOTIF?

Hi experts,

When running RSWUWFML2, the 'Standard Text for Notification' is default to SWU_NOTIF_PROLOG1 and SWU_NOTIF_EPILOG2, any ideas how to create and use customized text?

Actually you provided the answer yourself

The trick is to know that the text must be of type "Dialog Text", but other than that it is quite straightforward. Create your own text in transaction SE61. Change the text type (or perhaps the field is called document class?) to Dialog Text even if the field looks like it is output-only field. Change the language if necessary. Define your Z-text, and then it is ready for use in RSWUWFML2.

PS: if you are in a system where the transaction SWNCONFIG exists, it is recommended by SAP that you use the extended notifications solution instead of RSWUWFML2. It gives you much more flexibility although it seems to be a bit more work when setting it up initially.
