TDMS Installation Procedure

Hello,

If you have performed the TDMS 2006 srever installation, could you please let me know answers to the following questions:

A seperate TDMS Server:

-

1> Do I need to install only the NW2004s ABAP stack or do we need NW2004s JAVAstack as well?

2> Using SAINT transaction code, import the DMIS 2006_1_700 Add-On package?

3> Do we need also the DMIS_CNT 2006_1_700 content on the TDMS server or, this content is installed on Source and Destination systems?

4> Are there any other install/Basis steps need to carry out?

I really appreciate your response.

Thank you,

Nikee

    --> NW2004s ABAP Stack should be sufficient

    > 2> Using SAINT transaction code, import the DMIS

    > 2006_1_700 Add-On package?

    --> you need to install AddOn DMIS 2006_1_700 AND

    DMIS_CNT 2006_1_700 up to highest available SP on ANY

    system involved .

    --> as mentioned before - both AddOn's are required on any system

    --> no - That's it
