Auto-rescheduling PP Orders

Hello,

Is there a way to have the system automatically reschedule PP orders that have a exception message of 10 or 15 in the MD06 screen? I would like to have the basic date of the order changed to the recommended rescheduling date from the MD06 screen. Is this possible?

    Hi,

To reschedule you can use reschedule check.

Pl. follow the link,(choose planning->mrp calculation>define rescheduling check)

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/4c/72369adc56d11195100060b03c6b76/frameset.htm

To adjust the basic dates, you can so the setting in T.code opu5. Select adjust basic dates according to order start date.

      Hi Senthilkumar,

Thank you for responding to my question. The reschedule check is already set up in configuration. The exception messages are being created, however I would like to have the orders automatically rescheduled to the dates recommended by the exception message. The setting in T-code opu5 is currently set to Adjust basic dates, adjust dep. reqmts to operation date. Does this setting have to be adjust basic dates according to order start date for the automatic function to work?

    Dear,

The system will not automatically reschedule in or reschedule out based on the requirements.

U have to manually correct the dates using MRP controllers.

    Thanks & Regards
