Display as Hierarchy

Hello,

We're trying the BEx option "Display as Hierarchy" (right click above the rows box in query designer and choose "Display as Hierarchy") -- this displays all characteristics in a hierarchy.

Anyway, after doing this to a query, the initial data screen returned looks fine, but when we drilldown on any other characteristic, we get no results ("No applicable data found").

Any ideas why this may be happening?
