hi,
there is no difference between the two. it was ESA in the beginning and was later re-coined to ESOA. You know why? Because until then people again and again asked what the (fundamental) difference between SOA and ESA is 😉

As anton mentioned, there is no difference in these two terminologies and i would like to add my two cents that the basic of ESA or ESOA is the service oriented architecture. In service oriented architecture or SOA, SAP's approach is to distribute the software as a service (SaaS). Here is a very nice presentation about this concept, please refer this
