Hi,

To use MMPI for period initialization, you need to give the parameter ID MMPI_READ_NOTE in the user ID of the concerned user and give the value as current date in the form YYYYMMDD.

In order to be able to have the period closing program running, you must reserve parameter ID MMPI_READ_NOTE with the current date in the user parameters with the current date in form YYYYMMDD (Y = year, M = month, D = day).

Hi,

you can use the tcode MMPI for initialization of MM period if it is wrongly closed through MMPV.

In that case if any stock is availavle in the future period that will be deleted.

So take precaution whenever closed/initialize the period.
