Factsheet

Hi All

Does anyone know how / where the factsheet extracts its information from? I know it has something to do with classes but i am not sure how this works. Please can some one explain or point me in the right direction.

Which factsheet r u talking about?If its the old factsheet till crm 5.0 then the package is crm_cckpt.

If its the new factsheet from crm 5.2 onwards,then the component is BP_factsheet.

Check the spro customizing in md-bp-ccp and put a breakpoint in cl_crm_cckpt_view-->get_report.Start from here and you would understand much about the architecture for the old factsheet.For the new one,there are many threads.Pls refer them.
