1.What happens to free goods when pricing date changes in the sales order?

Prcing date does not affect, but if the Free goods determination changes, then it affect the sales order.

2.What happens to the free goods when order quantity changes?

Then the free goods qty will get changed.

3.Can one do free goods determination in deliveries?

In VBN1 there is tab for Free goods delivery control, this tab control the delivery.

Does this field determines the free goods in deliveries since this field controls the delivery of free goods with main item? Please let me know.

1. System checks whether the free goods condition record exists for the new pricing date or not.

2. System recalculates whether the free goods are eligible for the changed quantity and gives freegoods for the revised quantity.

3. yes.. we can do.

Hi,

Whenever pricing date or quantity changes, free goods are re-determined. While manually offering free goods won't affect the determination.
