SAP Cloud Applications Studio Proxy authentication password input error

Hi all,

I am working with SAP Cloud Applications Studio Version:1708.

When I set Proxy Setting in Tool->Options->SAP(General)-> Connectivity tab of SAP Cloud Applications Studio, the Password field of Proxy Authentication don't take any input .As well as press on OK button of option window gives restart CAS error . please look at the attached screenshot.

The OS is Win7. I have VS Shell 2010 also.

Please help me, there was no problem with previous Versions 1705.

Hello Swati,

for me this worked perfectly fine.

Before I pressed ok I did save it and then pressed ok.

If that doesnt work maybe re-install the Cloud Applications Studio.

If that doesnt help I'd suggest you to raise an incident.

Thanks for quick reply.

when I save and press ok then the restart error does not appear.

But password seems to be locked, can't take input.
