Capacity planning result for key resource in LTP

I want the capacity planning for key resource in long term planning in inactive mode.What are the steps required for it.

Hello Mr Sunil

Use T code CR02. Enter required work center

Go to capacity header view & remove the tick mark in the check box againt "long term plannig"

But can can you pl tell us the logic behind this requirement of not considering a critical resource in LTP.?
