Incompleteness check is a tool for the system to guage if while working on the system, the end user is completing all the required components in a document.
Here, you have options of, as in if the End Usersaves the doc in an incomplete state, system can propmt a warning message or it can even refresh the page and get the End user on the main page where he had started. You nd to go thru every option so that you can pick the one which best suits ur requirement.
