Datasources not available in Transport Connection

Hi All,

we created a source system with one client in Devlopment system, later we created same source system with different client and assigned the datasources and extracted data from R3 system, everything went fine.

Now i want to transport the datasources, transferrules, infosources to QA, when i check in transport connection i couldnot find these datasources, transfer rules and info sources in DEV, Please let me know what is the reason and what must i do? Its very urgent.

Hi,

in the transport connection, click on the button source system assignment. In the following popup, select the checkbox next to your source system. Then it will work.

Hi Babu,

I guess you would only transport the datasource from Dev R/3 to QA R/3. You dont need to transport the datasource in BW.

If you are looking to add the datasource to your transport request then Goto se03 -> Change Object Directory Entries -> give the values as R3TR DSAA and enter the datasource technical name and assign the package and transport request.

You can do this in BW also.
