Help on ADD On Issue

Hello All,

Can any one tell me regarding the issue of the Add-on problem. when i am Registering .ard file in SBO it was installing . And it show the Status in Add-on manager is Connected .On double clicking the add on

Error is "Connection failed Unknown session" .

Can any body Solve this problem

Please check in debug whether this error coming before your connection OCT_Company.Connected = True
