Hello All,

This is the requirement with my Client,

We have an interface to our SAP system with the Legacy,

So bcz of this some Idocs Fail during the process..mailny the Invoices,

The rerquirement is,if an IDOC fails,the user who is monitoring the IDOCS,

should get a mail that the Idoc with the particular no: with the Status 51 has failed.

This has something to do with the SCOT,but i dont have the exact idea how to configure it,

Can any 1 Help me in setting up this with the sequence of steps.

Hi,

You can actually catch the event when the Idoc falis(Status - 51) and trigger a workflow. In the workflow you can send an email.

Alternatively, if you have mentioned Post processing agent in Partner profile, when Idoc goes to error, it will be automatically sent to the user's SAP Inbox. Here you can either mention a user / position or org Unit.
