Hi SAP GURUS,

Can anyone pls tell me how to set Region-wise & Product-wise credit limit for same customer in SAP ?

Hi

Setting of credit limit for Region-wise & Product-wise is not possible.

We can set the credit limit only by company code, either for specific period or Fully.

u can try this for product wise CC make one dummy CCA for material and as MANI said write piece of code that will by pass credit chk for particular mat grp and will chk the credit limit in dummy CCA for dat customer.

Hi,

As of now the control is not there to have credit check based on region wise or product wise.

If you want any specific customer specific credit checks, apart from checks already defined in the standard system, you can define them in the corresponding user exits (LVKMPTZZ and LVKMPFZ1).

As far as I know, you cannot set customers credit limit Region-wise or Product-wise. All you can do is set credit limit, Credit control area wise.

E.g. You can use multiple credit control area, and assign the CCA to separate sales areas ( That will represent the different Region / Products, as per your requirement). The assignment can be done in the below path:

IMG> Enterprise Structure>Assignment>Sales and Distribution>Assign sales area to credit control area

Here for combination of Sales Organisation , Distribution channel and Division you can assign separate credit control areas.

While the Distribution channels can be defined Region wise, the Divisions can be defined Product wise.

Now in FD32, Set the Credit limit of the customer , Credit control area wise, and achieve your objective.

Setting credit limit region wise and product wise is not possible. you can set the credit limit only at company code level and credit control area level.

As you know, the credit mgt is for the customer which is at the header level, performing credit check for the item level is not possible in standard SAP.
