Hi,
I am doing a file--> XI --> IDOC scenario , On sender side i will get multiple files and i need to combine these files and post into SAP as IDOC .Basically the data i get on the sender side is sales orders , this sales order is spread accross different files ( One sales order is split into multiple files , first file contains Header data and the subsequent files contain Item data) the number of files on sender side is not constant .. it depends on the item data , if item data is more the number of files will be more.
Can we do this scenario using BPM ?? . if any one has done this kind of scenario please help.
Regards,
Tarun.

Hi ALL ,
Thanks for the responses , In my case i dont know the number for files and the number will not be same always .( one purchase order is spread across multiple files) the first file will have header data and all other files will have item data .. so the no of item data files are not fixed .it will change based on number of item date records .. In this case how will we know which one is the last message .. and in BPM how will we determine the last message ..there is no time limit as well..

Nethaji.

Hi,
You have to use BPM for the scenario. You have to use COLLECT PATTERN to collect all the files and post as IDOC and also use Container operation, Transformation .
