Payslip Creation

Hi to All Peers,

We have to create a custom payslip as per the requirements of the client, as the standard one is not displaying many fields according their requirement life PF No: Bank Name, Salary Days, Paid Days, special allowance days, FDA % etc.

Now can u pls guide me how to create. We have tried HRFORMS and copied the standard to our country grouping but while executing its not retreiving the employee details. So droped the idea.

Please treat this as an urgent need and provide inputs in this regard for further proceeding.

Any inputs in this regard would be highly appreciated.

First of all you have to create a form using TC se71 that will contain company logo.

we have to design block where text will be inserted.Then you have to write the driver program where data will be retrieved from database table and later it will be displayed on the form.So you need to write a select statement for required data to be displayed on the form.The function modules that will be called open_form start_form write_form end_form close_form. The driver program will hold a parameter to accept the employee no.When the driver program will be run , it will ask for employee no and then executing that program create for that that perticular employee.

Hello but could you be more precise about that? Where exactly do you want to attach this Smart Form ? Is it in the standard SAP transaction or you have the completly new program? Just tell the details?

Thanks for ur quick reply. We want payroll for country India. So there is no standard payslip in hrforms for India. So I copied the standard international payroll to india country grouping and activated that. When I execute that form it says no employees found although there is data in system. Please suggest me how to solve this problem.
