Hi to All Peers,
We have to create a custom payslip as per the requirements of the client, as the standard one is not displaying many fields according their requirement life PF No: Bank Name, Salary Days, Paid Days, special allowance days, FDA % etc.
Now can u pls guide me how to create. We have tried HRFORMS and copied the standard to our country grouping but while executing its not retreiving the employee details. So droped the idea.
Please treat this as an urgent need and provide inputs in this regard for further proceeding.
Any inputs in this regard would be highly appreciated.
Regards
Pavani
Hi Pavani
If you want to have more control on the remuneration statement and willing to use ABAP , then you can make your payslip much more customized.RPCEDTX0 is used for remuneration statements in international payroll . There should be a program for remuneration statements in Indian Payroll. The program should start with RPCEDT. There is a exit in RPCEDSZ9 in the program. there the abapers can do all sort of changes for remuneration statement.
Reward points, if helpful.

Hi Pavani,
What is the country for which you are trying to create Payslip ?
If you are using HR forms, then if it is not retrieving the employee details, then check out if there is payroll data in the clusters. Check out if you have set any filters in the metadata.
If HRforms is not working for you at all, then use PE51, copy the form used for your country version to a Zform and add the fields that you have mentioned above. To do this, you should go to Single Fields, add the fields from the tables that have to be displayed in the correct position on the payslip.
