Condition Category in Condition type (Pricing Procedure)

Hi All,

I want to know what is the role of Condition Category in Condition type (Pricing Procedure). If i'll make this field Blank then what will be the impact.

Here i have created a Condition Type which is calculating the PO price - PIR price.

A classification of conditions according to pre-defined categories (for example, all conditions that relate to freight costs have one condition category and all conditions that relate to Basic price will have another condition category).

Hi,

Condition category explains us that the particular condition type belongs to this particular category.

For e.g. we have condition type z010,z020 and they belong to condition category price or tax.

It is not going to impact your pricing procedure anyways.

Here on more clarification, In PB00 standard condition type the condition category is Basic Price If i'll remove that then is there any impact.

ofcourse yes. First try to understand the difference between basic price and delivery cost.

then u could solve the problem urselves.
