    Hi Srini,

In 'Check Status' all the shopping carts are shown if you do not give anything in the search criteria except the ones that are completed irrespective of the purchasing org / P.group.

If you want to see the shopping carts created for that P.Group / P.org mention the same in the search criteria of the 'Find' tab.

If you want to see the shopping carts only created by you then go to 'Centralized Purchasing' Link and click on the ' Check Status'. There you can see only the shopping carts created by you.

In case of any clarification feel free to ask.

    Award points for suitable answers.

    Teja,

The problem is in check status I am not supposed to see the shopping carts of other users even if I give all the parameters as blank.

In my case only when I pick up Role as Approved by me and Status as "In your Inbox" this is happening...

    Thanks

    Srini

      Hi Srini,

I have gone through your post. In standard SRM you can see all the shopping carts created by all the users of that 'SRM Client' when you click Check Status under 'Go Shopping' link.

If you want to see only your shopping carts then clcik Check Status under ' Centralized Purchasing' link. There you can not see any other shopping carts except the ones created by you even after keeping all the search fields blank.

You can disable the Go Shopping role for the users.
