Problems with TREX 7.0 searching in the Candidate Talent Pool (TRM)

After upgrading to E-Recruiting 3.0sp12 to 6.0sp8, we also upgraded TREX from

6.1 to 7.0 however that seemed to be irrelivent in this case, we are no

longer able to perform unrestricted and selctable search criteria

searches when searching in the TRM talent pool. Full text searching is

working. All other searching using TREX works fine.

Steps for the Reconstruction

From the Recruiter Personnel Pages click on the "Search for Candidates

in Talent Pool" link. For example, selecting the search

criteria "Candidates basic data" with the value "Average", and then

copying that search criteria and value over to the selected search

criteria, then clicking Start Search, nothing returns. This is true

for all search criteria types.

Any help with this would be appreciated!

    Hi Ryan

I am facing the same problem as you faced last year with regards to search not working properly. I wondered, did you get it fixed. If so, how did you fix it?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    • Hi Kingsley,

there are a lot of possible causes of such issue. So the fastest way to lokalize the exact reason of the problem would be an OSS support ticket .

You can also check if the python extensions (TREXExtensions.ini, active and if the documents are indexed (probably these failed with 6401 error and the note 650521 could solve the problem).

      Best regards,
