storage type creation

Hi Gurus,

My client requirement is

Add the following storage type sequences to the warehouse management (WM01) system

BL1SL1BL2

SL1BL2BM3

BL2SL1SL3

BL2+SL3

BM3+SL3

As I am knew to the WM , please guide me how to do the above one

Hi

Please make yourself clear about requirement.Your client wants to create a storage types, then you can create the storage types as per the navigation mentioned in earlier reply.

As per your explanation, I think your client is asking to configure the putaway or picking strategies.For creating the storage types m you no need to mention BL1SL1BL2 etc.Storage type can be defined with maximum of four characters.

Please understand the requirements clearly, to get the right approach to slove your problem.

As I have no idea on WM, I simply put this query.Just now I am refering the documents of WM.

If you want to configure the storage type for warehouse management then you can follow this path:

spro-logistics execution-warehouse management--master data-creation of storage type
