HR Cube

Hi All,

I need to report the hirings and layoffs monthly and anually, so i need to active some HR standard Cube.

Can i report this from HeadCount and Personal Action (0PA_C01) Standard Cube or exist other way or cube to get this KPI ?

You may have to derive thru 'action type" or 'action".

These can be derived from 0ACTIONREAS or 0ACTIONTYPE. Good luck.

If SAP HR is the source system, this cube will be fine.

Do you know which is the criteria to identify these KPI in the cube?
