RFC doubt

Hi!

Suppose i am calling a RFC from system B to system A can i know from which system the RFC runs.

    Hello,

    I think you must know it before calling the RFC, because you have to specify where to call the function.

    What is ur doubt. You will create a RFC Destination from one system to another system.. based on the name of the RFC destiation (it has its own properties) you can get the which system you are calling

    you will specify the RFCDestination name in the call to RFC.

    call function 'Functionname' destination <RFCDestination>

      If you are calling RFC from system A which is in System B... The RFC will be exeucted in System B only.

      and also. the RFC that you are calling may not be present in system A. even if you have a RFC with that name in system A.. it is still executed in system b becuase u will use the option DESTINATION with the function call.
