Modeling pilferage/shrinkage in a T Lane

We have a situation where we want to model a certain shrinkage+pilferage during transportation. We intend to use CTM (which based on my knowledge does not model Transportation resources). However, if there is a way we can achieve this even with heuristics, it will be great. We do not want to model new master data like dummy PPMs/products to use scrap% in PPMs to model this. Please let me know if you have come across this situation and used any APO functionalities to achieve this objective?
