Ho to change the format of mail in inbox from PDF

Hi all,

In my requirement i am sending mails to the external mail id of the user.

What ever i have written in the subject of the mail in the task its comming as pdf foramt in the user's mail inbox.

I want this format as to be general as we get i the body of the mail not in the pdf format.

Can any body pls help me to solve his.

Hi

If the External Mail is converted to PDF, you need to change the settings in transaction SCOT for the node SMTP.

In here, double-click on the SMTP Node, click on the internet <b>Set </b>Button, under supported address types. In here change the output format from PDF to TXT. (I Guess it's the one for RAW Text you need to change).

But Please notice this will change the output format for all external mails that goes through the SMTP Node.
