Error while Loading data to InfoCube

I am taking data from the data source 2lis_13_vditm. I created one iNfoCube in BI and wrote the transformatioin in b/w the infocube and the datasource. When I tried to load the datasource using DTP.. Its showing the following error

"No SID found for value 'CTN ' of characteristic 0SALES_UNIT".

The details are the following

Diagnosis

Characteristic value CTN does not exist in the master data table of

characteristic 0SALES_UNIT . Therefore, this value could not be

transformed into the internal SID.

Please help me to resolve this issue...

Hello Mathew

You are getting error because the value"CTN" is not maintained in unit master data.

1. Maintain the UOM ( unit of measure) CTN by uploading from R/3 OR

2. If you have access maintain this UOM in T006 table,maintain there

Hi,

You need to load the missing SID from R/3. Find the Info source 0SALES_UNIT_ATTR and schedule the IP with selections 'CTN' .

Activate the masterdata and then try reloading your failed data load.

I am working in BI and as I migrated the datasource the infoSource you mentioned 0sales_unit_attr is not available.

How to proceed..?
