RABAX_STATE error

Hi All

When I complete my shopping cart and want to save the shopping cart I receive the following error message :

The following error text was processed in the system SR2 : Template interpretation failed. Template does not exist.

The error occurred on the application server ljs01_SR2_03 and in the work process 2 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

Please can you advise what change I can make to fix this problem.

Hi

Which SRM version are you using ?

Please paste complete Short dump details, using ST22 transaction, in next reply.

Also go through the related SAP OSS Notes as well ->

Note 675705 Response time in acct assignmnt chck: Encapsulatn BBP_BUFFER

Note 202684 No derived account asgnmnt information frm back end

Hi Kasavan,

have you checked Transaction SICF - there under

bc/gui/sap/its

if all necessary services are active? are all necessary services published? you can publish all services with report:

W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES to Site Internal

this is just a guess, because the error says an (html) template is missing or not available...

Hi,

it seems the account assignment check in the backend system is not working.

I had the same problem a couple of days ago. Maybe note 1081297 will help you as well.
