'Closed indicator deactivated in PR

I am trying to set the 'closed' indicator for PRs that are 'not edited' status and are are very old (year 2003-04). But I am finding the indicator 'closed' deactivated (display only) in ME52N.

Any idea why it is deactivated ?

Can anybody tell me what to do so that such PRs do not appear in the ME56 report (Assign source to PR) ?

Hi,

Go to SPRO- Materials Management – Purchasing - Purchase Requisition - Define Screen Layout at Document Level then double click on Field selection Key NBB

Here you can change the filed status of filed <b>Indicator: requisition closed</b> from Display to Optional.

Hi Manish,

I think I could not tell he probllllem correctly.

I am getting the field readyfor input in few PRs. But for many other PRs , as I said, it is display only, even if pO is yet to be created.

Abyhow, I checked the config as per ur suggestion and found that in NBB, 'Indicator: requisition closed" is set as optional entry.

Any other suggestion ?

I just saw that some of these PRs are created from PS module (i.e. they are not created manually).

Can it be a reason of 'Closed' indicator coming inactive ?
