I am new to mySAP CRM.

Please could you tell me about survey analysis in mySAP CRM 5.0?

Is there any standard process for analzing the survey?

Please guide me, how should i able to get the detailed analysis of survey.

Analysis of Survey will be done in BIW (Business Intelligence Warehouse) system, follow the link, you will get some insight about Survey Analysis

Hello N,

as described in the Link I've sent in the other reply you normaly send out the questionaire using a campaign. Then the receivers will fillout the campaign and you can run an analysis.
