Hi Kumar,

Did you maintain material availability check and if material missing then release should be rejected?

if yes and you want to maintain above then without stock you cant release the Order.

If you want to release without material then check in No check in material availability t.code opjk

Also check as per Lakshmi's post.

For the <b>Tasklist Usage type</b> mentioned in your workcenter, check the status in T.code OP45. If the indicator Workcenter until release is selected, then the production order cannot be released.
