In staffing mode. u wil find account assignment details which is 1008 Infotype..
In expert mode Go to Account Assignement Features...
Make sure cost center exists..

Hi,
To assign a cost center to the Organization unit:
1) Go to Transaction PO10.
2) Create an A-011 relationship for the organizational unit you want to assign a cost center to. Enter the cost center in the ID of related object field.
