SAP Office mail notification of message creator

Hello,

Does anyone try automaticaly send SAP Office message to creator to satellite system in time of changing support message status from NEW to IN PROCESS (like sending e-mail via Internet)?

Is it possible? Can anyone help me to implement this task?
