How to delete the reservation ?

Hi All,

If in the process order, i did the Batch determination and goods issue posting is also done for a raw material. In case if i have deleted that row, and i need to Cancel the goods issue posting, there is a message coming with text : "Remove the blocked reservations" ,

Can any one let me know how i can delete this reservation for which Goods Issue is posted & the Item row is already deleted.

Hi Aashish,

Check the reservation number , goto MB22 and enter the reservation and delete it

You can find from cancel codument this reservation number .

But when i am entering the Reser. no in MB22, the message is coming as:

"Reservation created automatically. No manual changes possible"

Also this row already deleted in the process order, so it is just displaying. Can i modify process order somehow to change the document generated.

Pls. suggest.

Hi Aashish

You can try the correction program

Go to SE38

give program name :RM06C020

Give the reservation numbers

click check bom select reservation

check direct database update and execute.

This will delete the reservations from the database.

THIS SHOULD BE DONE CAREFULLY and test in your test system and proceed

I have done PR deletion . but i have not done for reservations

Reverse the goods issue first & then delete the item form the process order to remove reservation
