How to free SAP memory

I have used sat and get parameter now I want to free the SAP memory. How I can do this

    USE SET PARAMETER ID 'MAT' VALUE SPACE.

    Hi Gaurav

    Go to ST02--->current parameters -system->userprofile--->delete data.

    But that might need the authorisation. The previous answer might be more liable to yours as its freeing the memory after the session .

    To delete data objects from ABAP memory, use the following statement:

    Syntax

    FREE MEMORY [ID <key>].

    If you omit the addition ID <key>, the system deletes the entire memory, that is, all of the data clusters previously stored in ABAP memory using EXPORT. If you use the addition ID <key>, this statement only deletes the data cluster with the name <key>.
