Delta prob ODS to CUBE

Hi All ,

I tried to upload delta data from ODS to cube and 98 records uploaded successfully but for testing purpose I changed update routine of cube after that I deleted the request from cube and tried to reload it .

But this time 0 records have been updated? Could any one please help me out how will I get those 98 records again in my cube?

One more thing after deletion of the delta request from the cube I did not see the repeat delta pop up in info package.

1st you have delete the request in the ODS also.If you want to delete it means you have to do the Traffic light green to Red manually.Later you have to delete the request.Next start loading in to ODS 1st.The pop-up screen will come like Repeate -Delta...Later you should have to do the ODS as Data mart status.And now create the Cube and load the data in to cube with checking of the Delta radio button.What ever the records you had loaded it will comes in to Info cube.........

Hi, then in this case u have recheck your update rules.. Then delte the initialisation for ODS into cube and then reload..

No that changes won't affect into your datatarget . If u want that changes u have to reload from ODS into cubes..

Thanks Akash. But when i tried to do the upload from ODS to cube i can see a successful req with 0 records. How will i get 98 records uploded previously.

have you deleted datamart in ODS ? if not delete the datamart status and load the data from ods to cube..

Hi , Had u loaded using infopackage from ODS to cube or simply update to data target option . If u had chosen the second option then u have to again load the cube from ODS .. Simply delete the data from cube along wth initialisation and do the full load and then init without datatransfer ..

If u had chosen first optionand if u had selected PSa then u can load that particular request from PSA..

Thanks ! I have used PSA and then into data target and uploded the the request again from PSA.

But after deletion i have made some changes in update routine. Will those changes be executed while running this request again from PSA? I guess it will not.

Please suggest how will i get new updated records.
