Problem Installing SAP 4.7

Dear All

I am trying to install SAP 4.7 on my personal system.

My Hardware Config is:

160 GB Hard disk

C: 10 GB

D: 150 GB (With 80 GB Free Space)

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3000+ 2.0 GHz

Operating System:Windows 2000 Advance Server SP4

RAM: 1 GB

I have installed Oracle 9 and SAP Central Instance successfully.

But when I try to install SAP Database Instance, during the installation process both the drive get corrupted and system becomes unstable (fatal error). Operating system also gets corrupted. So I have to format C: and do all the process again. This has happened 4 times now.

I think I am missing any basic thing which is required before installation. If anybody knows about this problem please provide me the solution.
