HCM Processes and Forms - HR Admin Services - Dynamic Actions not supported

We are using HCM processes and forms for different HR Processes like New Hire, Org. Change, etc.

Managers/HR specialists use Adobe forms to initiate these processes and standard workflow tasks are used to update backend infotypes. However, standard background workflow tasks used to update info types don't consider dynamic actions.

E.g. if Info type 0006/ Subtype 0001 is created using SAPGUI (tcode PA30), configured dynamic action created IT 0207 record whereas if IT 0006/Sub type 0001 is created using workflow, it does not create IT 0207 record.

We understand that dynamic actions are not supported through background processes, but looking for alternate solutions for this requirement. i will appreciate any ideas from to develop an alternate solution to meet this requirement.

Hello,

Change Address (US) process is a part of Standard delivery.This address your query.

Process creates infotype 6, subty 1 and later depending on the W4 indicator value, it allows you to maintain infotyped 207,208,209,210.
